Chair Yoga
Chair yoga covers ample variations of asanas practice with chairs. The chair is a multi-purpose prop, which is widely available and can be used to improve the practice of both beginners and advanced, as well as elderly practitioners. Through its focus on alignment, Once you begin practicing chair yoga, you will start to feel a sense of ease and relaxation flow through your body. Wheel Yoga
A yoga wheel can be used for stretching and releasing the muscles of the back, neck, and shoulder. It is also used to perform challenging balance postures. With the yoga wheel, you will extend a healthy radius of movement backward and at the same time open the front of your body. You will also improve your ability to breathe because your diaphragm can perform better. The yoga wheel will build up your strength and stamina.
