Ours is a miniscule, family owned, industrial and services business based out of Orissa in Eastern India and Mumbai.
With a history dating back more than one and half centuries, the Dataram Jagannath Group is one of the oldest business houses of Odisha, India. Our epochal journey began in 1846 with the setting up as General Merchants and Commission Agents and later diversified into Import/Export, Investments, Trading and service activities.
With production of high quality Steel in India, we undertook a pioneering role in Exporting and Importing Steel from the Country. In the quest for further expansion, the Group established long term partnerships with sector leaders across the globe. Today, the Group has diversified presence across core growth sectors like Steel, Oil & Energy (Renewable), Engineering, Education, Investment & Real estate etc.

Our global presence and expertise allow us to connect customers with a huge range of suppliers, and to ensure they find the products to suit their exact needs. Suppliers rely on this ability too, as a way of putting them in touch with customers who would otherwise be out of reach.
Raw Materials
We don’t just connect producers with customers; we connect them with raw materials as well. We supply a range of raw materials vital to the steel production process, including scrap, iron ore, pig iron, HBI/DRI, coal, coke and ferroalloys.
